Terms and Conditions

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order if you are not happy with your purchase and it is unused. (Our Dispatch & Goods Tracking System allows The Silk Quilt Company to determine receipt date) You may return damaged goods within 1 month. Normal wear and tear is not included in damaged items.

The Silk Quilt Company is unable to refund damaged goods returned more than 1 months after receipt of delivery.

Refund of damaged items and freight will be arranged by us for authorized return of damaged goods.
